Annalise Jackson

Annalise combines strong technical skills with a warm, calming nature, helping clients feel supported through the uncertainty of separation and family law matters. Approachable and thoughtful, she provides clear advice and responsive communication so clients understand their options and feel confident about their next steps.

Admitted to practise in 2021, Annalise joined Eliza Legal in 2026. She advises on parenting and property matters, spousal maintenance, superannuation, financial agreements, family violence and intervention orders. Her experience includes assisting clients through mediation and representing them in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Annalise’s litigation experience includes involvement in Arendse & Pilkvist [2025] FedCFamC2F 533, which proceeded to final hearing, and the related High Court proceedings, Arendse v Pilkvist & Anor [2026] HCADisp 101. She brings careful preparation and clear, steady guidance to her litigation work, helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the court process.

Annalise supports clients navigating sensitive and complex circumstances, including separation later in life, parenting matters involving risk, and rebuilding relationships between parents and children. She recognises that each family’s circumstances are different and takes the time to understand what matters most to her clients, with careful attention to the needs and wellbeing of their children.

Practical and considered in her approach, Annalise works towards timely, cost-effective resolutions. She brings a steady presence to difficult conversations, helping clients make informed decisions as they move through significant personal and legal changes.

Outside of work, Annalise enjoys spending time with family and friends and her golden retriever, Theo.
